At Shyam Tattoo Care, every order matters to us. We’re a small business built on care, honesty, and transparency, and while we’ll always do our best to accommodate returns, there may be times we can’t. What we promise is to treat every customer with fairness and respect.
Tattoo Care Products
Unopened:
You’re welcome to return any unopened item within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are processed once the product is received and inspected.
Opened & Don’t Love It:
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns once a product has been opened. However, if something isn’t right or you’re unhappy with your order, please contact us; we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and a short note about the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
How to Start a Return

Refunds
Once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
