Shipping policy
At Shyam Tattoo Care, we make sure your tattoo aftercare products arrive safely and on time. Every order matters to us, and we want you to feel confident knowing your items are in good hands.
Shipping Costs
Express Delivery (1–2 working days) - £5.00
Standard Delivery (2–5 working days) - £3.80
We currently use Evri to fulfil all orders, and delivery estimates are based on their service times.
We always aim to prepare and dispatch your order the next working day, and in most cases it will arrive within the expected delivery window.
Weekends and holidays may occasionally extend delivery times.
Please note: We currently ship across the United Kingdom.
We do not currently offer a flat-rate international shipping option, so if you are placing an order from outside the UK, please get in touch prior to placing your order to discuss delivery options.
Order Tracking and Delivery Issues
You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shyamtattoocare.com with your order number and a photo if applicable.
